Pilates

The purpose of Pilates training is not only to improve strength and agility, but is very much about building muscles. Pilates is particularly good for back and neck problems and therefore has a lot of focus on back movement.

Pilates largely avoids high impact, high power output, and heavy muscular and skeletal loading. Your hole body will always be in focus, not just one part or one muscle group.

Everyone can participate in and through variations of exercises and level as well as focus on the 6 principles: breathing, precision, control, balance, concentration and flow you will eventually achieve a better posture and stronger muscles. You optimize your energy and get a better quality of life.


Why do we offer small teams and individual training?

Simply because it is more efficient. In this way, we have time for everyone, so that the exercises are performed correctly and you get the opportunity to immerse yourself in your own body. It is important that you move appropriately for your body and the Pilates instructor will help you with this. Proximity, calmness and professional support provide space to build a connection between head and muscles.
